Excellent customer service by Rolly he was really helpful in providing accurate information about the products I needed. The isolate protein by Rule 1 he recommended was very good and I can actually see the difference .

Went in and asked about a product. He told me it was one price but charged me a higher price. I thought it was odd so I checked online and discovered he had charged me more then it was advertised. I went back and raised the issue. He seemed annoyed he was found out. I'd only recommend buying supplements from here if you are DESPERATE and needed them right there and then. Better to buy at more trustworthy stores or even online.

I dealt with the online store regarding a mistake I had made on an order I placed and they were so so helpful, super quick replies and straight to the chase with clear answers and issues being resolved. I was really grateful for the help I received. Not to mention the fact that they had all the products I wanted in stock and the best part is they have products that are hard to find in NZ avaliable at really reasonable prices!I will certainly be buying the rest of my supplmenets from here.

NEED TO SHARE!!!!!I am 45 years of age, and I was in continuous rehabilitation since November 2015 until January 2022 - (7 YEARS). I HAD A NECK C6/C7 FUSION WITH SEVERE SHOULDER AND NERVE DAMAGE and I had CONSTANT DEPRESSION because of pain and being overweight. I made the decision to start workout and do some extreme exercise, and did some research on supplements and the XPLOSIVE SUPPLEMENT OUTLET in New Lynn came up. I went there and met Rolly who is the Manager of the store. I told him my journey and he listened with a lot of patience and IMMEDIATELY took the opportunity to assist me in my journey forward. He directed me very professionally and with full confidence which supplements I should take and he also helped me with my training program AND diet. He is truly an EINSTEIN on nutrition and exercise! I am six weeks into my program now and has NEVER felt better about myself. I feel very comfortable with Rolly's advise and trust his advise above EVERTHING I've ever researched and read. Really disappointed with the online order system. Its just ridiculous that there over 6 stores all over Auckland and items in stock, but still it takes days just to PROCESS an order supposed to be delivered in the CBD which should’ve probably be done in a day or two ( 90% of the other online supplement stores do ). Hopefully my refund doesn’t take as long as my order would’ve taken to process. This was my first and sadly the last experience with Xplosiv. Thank you.
