Phone system was not at all satisfying. I had to go through their Facebook page to get an answer for a simple photo print. What is the use of having phone service?

I went in to print photos, and the computer ended up not recognising the format of my photos so I chose to just print the one photo it did recognise. I waited 30mins and the photo didn’t end up processing. The staff was very unhelpful and impatient. The cost was very little but they were unable to provide me with a refund and reprinting will be another 30min wait. Very disappointed with the bad and unhelpful customer service.

Didn't have A4 printing and didn't really help or give me viable alternative options

There is no A4 250 GSM from last 3 months. And when I came today, A4 210 GSM paper is also not available. People working at Royal Oak wharehouse stationary are good but upper management who keep record s of stock needs urgent attention. Its very very poor stock management.

Extremely quiet when I went in this morning .Good helpful service this morning. The prices are rather high for quite a few items now compared to other suppliers but the store is conveniently located for me with lots of parking.Update 20 July 2023. Very average service sky-high prices for WS branded laser printer paper. I would not recommend their brand paper as I've noticed it produces far too much paper-dust. Went to supermarket and bought excellent quality Fuji Xerox paper ($1.29 Cheaper!)

Terrible tone and attitude from staff. Firstly, the guy pretty much came over to us, not to offer his help like we initially thought, but to tell us off for something we didn’t do? Okay fine it could’ve been a misunderstanding. Found what we wanted. But then the same guy tells us as if he was scolding his 8 yr old children to help his coworker when he himself stood there instead of helping his own coworker? Nothing wrong with us lending a hand of course but was very confused why we were being spoken to and treated lesser like this by this man. It was a confusing, annoying, and unpleasant experience.

Weird, I was standing there waiting for my receipt and the lady serving me just left me standing and proceeded to change paper and ink in their big copying machines. She even turned around after a few minutes and said to me “Receipt?” I said “Yes” and then she continued to change ink and paper on the machines. After a few more minutes I said “excuse me, can I have my receipt” as there was a cue behind me. Finally she gave me my receipt.

Good stationary place. You can buy all stationary you need for your kids or for office purpose. What I like is photo printing and normal printing service. Self service cost just 9 cents per page. Cheapest in all Warehouse stationary across Auckland. Totally love it

I installed the mobile application prior to my visit to the shop. The kiosk's user interface proved to be non-intuitive, and the staff appeared to be preoccupied with their duties. Despite seeking assistance from four separate staff members, each appeared to be occupied with their responsibilities and could only provide limited support before departing. As a result, I was compelled to wait for the next available staff member when confronted with subsequent challenges. The entire process for uploading the photo and get it processed was more than fourty minutes, excluding the printing time.

Went to pick up a picture of my late mother in law's photo this morning and was served with horrible customer service. I asked for a frame that would suit to which the lady who served me just pointed out vaguely where to find I believe her name was Haidee or something similar. She made me feel like I was bothering her as she was checking her phone just before I came back at the til. I picked up a frame I liked and asked her if the photo would fit the frame to which again she just said no with rude customer service and no explanation of which frame or size I should be looking for as the measurements were not clear to me. I finally found a frame that could fit the photo and when I asked if she wouldnt mind putting the printed photo in the frame she was annoyed I had asked that. She said it will fit and theres no need to put the photo in the frame in the store. I said I had printed photos there before and with the right frame and they didnt fit properly so I just wanted to make sure and if they could help with trimming the photo if needed. She was hesitant and made me feel bad for even asking so I said fine dont worry about it. It was for a funeral in the next couple of days and I thought they could help. There was no one at the store and there were 3 ladies just standing around doing nothing. The worse part for me was the horrible customer service and bad attitude. Would not recommend this place at all. Its ashamed as this is our local. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please do better. Please review your staffs customer service and attitude towards customers.
