Biking Hiking Shuttles

We recently spent 3 days cycling with New Zealand friends from Thames to Matamata. Sue and Pete made all the arrangements, including our lodging which was excellent. What a wonderful company they operate! No request was too small. From changing bikes, to places to eat, to extra pickups, they did it all. My husband and I are not cyclers but this trip made us believers, thanks to Sue and Pete. We would not hesitate to use them again!!

Sue & Pete provided our group of 4 families excellent service over the Easter holiday. Sue's communication was amazingly helpful both in planning our biking and hiking adventure based in Te Aroha, as well as during the trip to make sure we didn't get lost on our hike; even providing a Topo map for the day. Thanks you both so much for making our annual holiday with friends stress free and so much fun. And the kids loved the treats!

Sue & Pete we’re just awesome! So professional & super nice people. Not only a shuttle service, Sue helped me out with route planning options & track knowledge and kept in contact throughout my hike. Very flexible with times & locations if your plans change unexpectedly (as my pick up plan did). Lovely house to leave your car safely, get changed & a hot drink & treat afterwards was offered! So good after 3 days roughing it in the bush! Highly recommend!

Wonderful pick up service from Te Aroha for our group of 5. We were delivered to Waikino station and gained a lot of information from Sue along the way re cafes and pubs and points of interest along our bike ride.

Sue responded immediately to our phone message, great communication. We contacted her again to change the arrangements and Sue was super flexible fitting in with our schedule. Great chat and lots at good hints and recommendations for future rides. Sue took great care to make sure our bicycles and luggage travelled safely. Thank you.

Sue & Pete from Biking Hiking Shuttles were integral with my first solo overnight tramp being a success. Not only did they sort my transport to & from trailheads but they were so generous with sharing their knowledge of the tracks & conditions in the Kaimais which gave me the confidence to get out there and enjoy myself.

We used a one way shuttle with Sue to get back to our car after tramping in the Kaimais.The communication and advice for planning was excellent!Sue was super helpful and let us know where we could get reception on the way out to confirm ETA. It was great to have flexibility.The thoughtful touches, including fresh cold water on arrival, were greatly appreciated.Pricing was very reasonable for the 6 of us and made for a much smoother time doing a one way tramp.Can highly recommend!
