Aramax couriers cheaper than other couriers, and do same day deliveries within travel time. Package arrived intact no contact was abided by, left msg for courier to knock on door to tell occupant parcel arrived, all went smooth as was rapt will deffanitly use the courier again.

Just use any other courier service if you can (at least in Nelson). Awful service and client support. Their couriers will sign for you and never deliver - then you’ll run around trying to locate your parcel. Among all other couriers we use, this is the inly one that do the “service” this way. Honestly - just use another company!

Some of the people are nice but I've had a number of packages say they have been delivered but actually never turn up and it seems to mostly been ones I need like clothes for interviews and work, clothing for special occasions or some craft supplies that I've been buying to get costumes made and ready for events. Where are my packages going

First of all. Courier didn't allow me to inspect my expensive purchase as to a loop hole in their terms and conditions which allows them to just leave your package and not get a signature even if it has a signature required sticker on it if you live rural. When I rang the courier company asked to speak to the manager he never returned my call. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE and I would NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL.

Poor web tracking and overall service. Probably the least reliable courier in NZ. communicated twice to update address over phone, still delivered at the wrong address. Cmon guys, pull up your socks and do decent work!

I’ve ordered online many times everytime courier has been good and usually delivers quick but also most workers are nice and I haven’t yet had an item been received as broken

I will never deal with this service again. I organised to send cherries from the Cromwell depot, and had them there before lunch Monday morning. They were going to two separate addresses, one a residential address in Motueka, the other to Kina Beach road, which is considered rural. This was to be a surprise for my grandchildren, and when I hadn't heard from them on the Wednesday I wondered why. I contacted grandson who was away working, (his was the rural address), then contacted my granddaughter who didn't think they had been delivered. The rural address cherries had been delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday, you're always told a rural delivery takes longer, then after continuing to chase this up with staff at the Cromwell branch, I was told their records showed they still hadn't been delivered to the residential address. Further chasing up with Cromwell staff and eventually told they had been delivered late Thursday morning, but failed to give an explanation why. I was told it was hard to get answers from the Nelson branch, and they were being told Nelson staff were having difficulty contacting the driver. Either Cromwell staff were being lied to and fobbed off, or I was. After speaking to the Cromwell branch supervisor, she provided me with the Nelson branch number as she felt they were unable to help me further. After reading the feedback on here, I haven't even bothered.Shockingly poor service!!!!

Parcel scanned in 8.55 in the morning and flagged Potential Transit Delay : Delays in transport connections. When I rang at 9 the next day I was told that it arrived on the late freight. 8.55am is late freight? I thought couriers returned to the depot a couple of times a day. Very slack and poor communication from office staff. Still doesn't show up as out for delivery and was told it was in the yard waiting for delivery. Keep away.
