PAK'nSAVE Henderson

It's a good store for quick grocery shopping. Most of the parking is in the basement. However prices are comparatively slightly higher than other paknsave stores.

Staff are nice but the overall this place is not great. Escalator has been out of order since I've moved here 4 months ago, you're forced to use the stairs or elevator... being pregnant and shopping here has been quite difficult making parking downstairs an inconvenience. Layout is confusing and feels like you're walking all over the place to find your items. Thank goodness Pak n Save Lincoln Road is nearby.

Great store, nice to have self checkout but still needs more staff on checkouts usually only 2 open.. when you have bigger shop. Other improvements could be more on go food next to hot chicken like say pies, donuts, rolls improve the deli section..maybe some seating and tables near coffee and waiting bay...apart from this the staff are awesome and friendly

Good shop. Decent selection. The only problem I have is that there's been a lot of times I've had something scanned, and the special hasn't been applied, and I've been overcharged. It is best to take photos of specials to be on the safe side.

Great brand new store. Very modern and comparable to any upmarket supermarket. Underground parking is also very convenient. Lighting and ambience are also comforting. Best Pak'nSave in the country.

Staff members are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. They also stock plenty of fresh produces, and grocery items. Some of their stocked items are quite unique to the store in lieu of the items usually stocked in the other stores. Entrance to the car parking area is quite challenging and the traffic flow underground can be challenging too.

Have been using click and collect for a while now, unfortunately lately there has been items missing on a number of occasions and they are super difficult to deal with to get it resolved, have literally spent weeks chasing them up. The icing on the cake is when they just gave my paid for click and collect order ($300 worth of groceries) to a complete stranger, I had to drive home with nothing and then wait hours for them to re pick the order. The staff were less then professional thinking the whole situation was funny and were laughing about it. Then when we finally got our groceries yet again there were paid for items missing. Not even a simple apology for the entire situation. When i called the next day to speak to manager she was really hostile and completely disregarded the entire thing, she told me they would email me some kind of voucher which was a massive lie.

Friendly staff, good range of products, only downfall is the fruit and veggie section, not refrigerated so products seem to go soft alot quicker. Also they fruit ans house flies around them are also worrying.

This pak n save is disgusting. The staff are rude and depressed. Theres a short Indian girl with glasses who is always yelling at the checkout staff and other pak n save employees. They always have expired food on the shelf for sale I don't know how many times I've brought something that's expired and had to return it so check the best before dates before taking to checkout. The layout is confusing compared to other pak n saves. There's always empty food packets especially from the hot chicken area that are left on shelves which explains why they had a rodent problem as i have seen mice in this shop. Would rather shop at lincoln road compared to this dump This place should be closed for health reasons

Awesome helpful security. Big store with plenty of variety of things to eat and household items. Awesome service from staff and also Great parking spaces.
