I am over this Vet and will now find a new one. The vets are no better than average, they have never really got to grips with my animals ongoing medical condition and the admin at this place is appalling. Messages don’t get passed on, reminders don’t happen, phone messages are not replied to and today they tried to charge me for an outstanding amount on my account which I knew wasn’t real. The lady behind the counter was pleasant enough but the ease and speed with which this was removed when I protested made me think that she didn’t trust their admin either.

Lovely staff informative and caring highly recommend - they look after our 3 cats and one dog with the greatest expertise. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pets.

We’ve only had our cat for a few months so when she got sick we were relieved to have somewhere to take her close by. She was very much looked after, Great staff who kept us informed of every process. During lockdown they were very professional and followed all of the correct procedures.

Marquita was really thorough and helpful. Our Ellie recovered from her tail injury. Wasn't expensive either!

Horrible vets with horrible staff! The only time I ever heard my dog yelping in agonizing pain while she forced the needle into his neck causing massive bruising. Stay clear of this awful place!!!

I would not even rate this vet a 1 Star, but being this is the lowest score and I get to give a review... unprofessional,uncomfortable and uncompassionate!! Your vet should be shut down!!! Next time you hire a Receptionist do a back round check!!

We lost our beautiful torty girl of 16 years in December of last year. Sadly we had to take her elsewhere to be euthanised as it was Christmas and TACV was closed. Was so so touched however by the personal handwritten card was sent afterwards with their condolences. Little things mean so so much xx

Upset and disappointed. After making the very difficult decision to put our beautiful 15 year old lab down as her quality of life had significantly deteriorated, we turned to our local vet for guidance. Overheard the receptionist scoff to the vet at our request. So glad we instead decided on a mobile vet who was compassionate and made the whole process for both our fur baby and the whānau as caring and comfortable as possible.
