These guys go above and beyond. My 2006 Ford Focus had a leak in it that my mechanic wasn't able to find the source of, so we took it to Novus just in case it was the windshield. They ruled out the windshield straight away, but held onto the car in order to do further troubleshooting (taking the seats out, pulling up carpet etc). They managed to find the leak for us - caused by a crack in the roof seal, and they fixed it + dried the car out. Even though this required many hours of labour, the charge was very reasonable (a mechanic would've charged at least 3x this amount). I really appreciate that they were willing to investigate/fix the issue even though it had nothing to do with the glass in the car, it shows that they really care about their customers.

Wring screen, then fitted new screen with wrong rear view mirror slide block on screen, they had to fit a steel panel to stop the mirror from wobbling around. Also chipped paint work on my new car which they fixed, 3 trips to get it fixed tho, staff was great.
