Lovely staff who take an effort to explain what's wrong with your animal and will call to follow up in the more severe cases.Like all vets they are expensive, so I recommend having insurance.

Took my dog for simple consul and worm tablet and when I received the invoice these people had gone out of their way to write refused any flea treatment which was unnecessary as she didn't have fleas or eggs..also a little strange and passive aggressive. Recommend Emergency care on Carrington Rd may be pricey but not much more..Still no sign of fleas ☺️

What a smart looking vet clinic. Even though they were closed when I visited, it looked like a lovely environment. I adored the gardens, which were really well kept and gives you a bit of an insight into how well a practice might be operated

We found a cat that had been hit by a car and bought it to you in the hopes of him having a micro chip. I was an emotional mess and the lovely nurse took him with kindness and without hesitation. Thank you <3 I hope you can find the owners
