As our wedding was on my parents property, she just made everything run so smoothly without family members or friends having to worry on a busy day. She had so many wonderful little wedding tips and tricks that we just would not have thought of - she literally thinks of EVERYTHING. I didn't know I wanted a wedding planner before I meet with Alex! We used her month of package which gave us freedom to make all of our decisions around our big day together then leading into the wedding we were able to go completely hands off and have Alex take control to finalise all the little details the month before the wedding, allowing us to focus on all the family and friends we had around us. Alex and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with their attention to detail and knowledge was crucial in the success of our big day! Lydia and Emma made sure our day was absolutely perfect, they problem solved any little issues with speed and made sure we always had a drink in our hand from the moment we arrived! Cannot recommend this team enough, if your on the fence about getting a planner I can tell you it was worth every cent!

We had such a great experience with Alex and her team. They were amazing on the day as well as the lead up, answering any and all questions we had about how the day would run along with suggested vendors, which was so useful as we were not Queenstown locals. It was a lifesaver having coordinators who all of our vendors could contact in the month prior to the wedding, meaning we had very little stress and could just enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend!

THE BEST, MOST IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE WEDDING VENDOR! Coming from a type A extreme perfectionist I couldn’t recommend Alex and her team enough. Right from the beginning she was understanding and open to my ideas and plans. We worked with Alex as part of her Month of Management package. Being both total control freaks my husband and I had everything sorted planning wise and wanted to be able to hand over our wedding plans for the day to a trusted person so we could sit back and relax and enjoy it. Her month of management meant not only did she manage our wedding day but was 100% clued up on what we wanted well before the special day came around so was able to troubleshoot and sort issues without needing to worry us, including managing “over helpful” family members with professionalism and sincerity whilst respecting and backing our requests. Her team were beyond amazing right from the outset, their communication was perfect and they had a great relationship with all our vendors managing to pull together a colossal team of individuals to pull off one heck of a day. I don’t doubt any one of her wedding packages would be executed to precision. I can’t thank them enough, we wouldn’t have been able to do what we did without Alex and her team and if I ever have another event to plan in the future she would be my first call.

Alex and her team were amazing to work with. Alex was super helpful in the lead up to the wedding with regular check-ins and recommending a number of suppliers that turned out to be great. In the days before and day of Alex and her team took all the stress away and made the day run smoothly so we could focus on the wedding and enjoy herself. We highly recommend her.
