Cost $3500 to replace 2 sensors told it would take 5 hours. I asked if it could be finished by 10 am. as I had it booked in for an AA inspection . Because they delayed the job until the morning I wanted to collect it, it took 2 hours longer to complete the job . Missed the AA inspection and lost the sale of the vehicle. There was no urgency to complete the work on time as the vehicle was left with no technician working on it for hours.

I’m really disappointed with the type of service they provide. I booked for my car (Passat CC)to update my navigation system and to sort out the problem with the delay in booting the reverse camera system nearly 10 days ago. Took the car there on time(10am)and they informed me that it will take 2hrs to finish. I went back there at 3:30pm only to find out they haven’t finished yet. At 5:15pm they said that the car is ready but they didn’t fix anything as they didn’t have the CD for upgrading, and they will check the cost to get the CD and they will call me tomorrow but I still have to pay for today. They charged me for 1.5hrs for doing nothing.The next morning a lady called me asking me about my experience with them. I explained everything to her, then she said I’ll ask the manager to call you back (3 days ago) and till this moment no news or call from them.

Huge thanks to Ross (parts manager) for helping with our puncture this afternoon.We struggled to remove the wheel as we thought we were missing a tool. Ross checked and confirmed we actually had everything we needed and showed us what to do. We're very grateful for his time and patience, especially on a busy Saturday afternoon over the Easter weekend. Thank you!

Disappointed.. Got a issue that is noticed right after VW Recall service, Almost dragged 4 months to retest mechatronics unit that they need 1 hour. Now they told that is not part of VW Recall and I need to pay nearly 2.5 grand for clutch unit replacement. My Golf was a better condition prior to Recall service. VW Tristram European delivered car with BAD condition. I never go to VW Tristram European wairau Road, Glenfield

I brought a car from this dealership, all ok, but a few months later I found water pump leakage appear, the repair costs over $3000.00, they repair it professionally for free. Highly recommend.
