Halena is the most dedicated and kind beauty therapist. She loves researching new treatments and her goal to give the very best service is easily achieved. Her philosophy of caring for her clients rather than the business economics is genuine and refreshing- also makes it affordable!! Can highly recommmend BLW.

I am impressed with the high level of care the staff take with clients. They are friendly, gentle and caring. They explain the options and procedures clearly and talk the client through the procedure as it happens. The rooms are restful and nicely decorated to help clients feel relaxed.

I had a facial and back massage, the facial was so relaxing and refreshing. The back massage was equally as relaxing with the additional work on an injury which helped immensely. A calming safe space to fully relax in.
