NZ Post Shop Phillipstown

I had a international parcel, never received it, tracking info says it has been delivered so I called the customer service the lady says based on the GPS the parcel got dropped out side of the fence and my house’s fence is 2 steps away from the street, it’s not a safe place to drop the parcel and carport is literally just on the left side and it’s safer than just dump it like that and normally our parcel gets dropped off at the front door but this delivery guy got lazy didn’t do that this time. I assumed one of our neighbour just picked up the parcel coz of easy excess , customer service lady said to me to call the police lol. So yeah, no refund from either side, I just spent 300 dollars for bad experience, for the second time. I really don’t have other options as most of the international parcels will automatically hand over to the NZ post and they don’t have a option for me to insure the parcel.Total bully.The delivery is from the post shop Phillipstown.

I use the Post Shop often and have always had excellent customer service here. The staff are helpful and my parcels always get to their destination.I also use the Pharmacy and Chris & Greg do a great job.It's a good one stop shop for all my needs.

Pharmacy can not hold onto decent staff and the service shows this. after several mouths of dealing with them i was forced to move to another pharmacy.

I’ve been using this post office for my small business for a year, an the service I got today was just ridiculously stressful and rude.The manager came and interrupted me and a very kind girl (Emma), and was incredibly rude to both of us.We are the customers, and we are paying to use your service, not to get yelled at!And I feel sorry for the staff being treated this way, I hope whatever brings this guy down, stops affecting him, so it’s stops affecting others!

Had an unsettling experience that left me feeling attacked and even more confused about my initial inquiry.I was told to ask Chris about my missing parcel, after receiving over 5 emails stating that I needed to pick it up from this post office but the staff could not locate it. When me and my partner politely approached him, he immediately responded in a cold and careless manner. I understood that Chris was not responsible for NZPOST but he made it very clear by his blunt responses, unhelpful attitude- that he did not care in the slightest. This was already a stressful situation for someone riddled with anxiety and to simply query and be made to feel like a insect was not a nice start to the New Year.I can't believe he is the face that serves customers at the chemist. I hope whatever was bringing you down Chris, stops affecting you, so it stops affecting others. Good luck.

your supposed to be a post shop yet you make it as hard as possible to post anything. 3 visits this week each one took around 15 min to get service. Monday no tracking stickers. Wednesday and Friday didn't know about $1 tracking with bag tried to make me pay $5... Friday no bags available got a poor excuse that your waiting on more.

They closed early which means my Christmas parcel won't be send. Going to another shipping company.

I have a box here with email notifications. I keep getting unaddressed mail which i asked for none, and then I get a notification I have mail - in the terms and conditions they say this explicitly wont happen for unaddressed mail

What rude staff.Paid my Sky account there today at 2.45pm.Whilst paying it staff member insisted that I take my baseball hat off.I didnt want to as just recovering from shingles and extensive scarring around my eyes and forehead and also wearing the baseball hat to cover my hair as currently to painfull to actually brush-but I complied.Extremely embarrassing and as I am in my seventies cannot understand the reason for this odd behaviour.I wasn't withdrawing money just paying an account
