Edwards & Hardy Roofing

Edwards and Hardy are the most useless company I’ve come across.3 months after the arranged day they said they would repair my roof,numerous phone calls and false promises and still nothing.0/10 Never again.

Had bad experiences with this company. Got roof repaired from E&H but in poor condition. Now it’s going to cost more to redo the job.

This company have been leaving flyers with “quotes” for jobs in letterboxes. We got a quote for around $500 for moss and grime removal. We have a new roof and brand new guttering so obviously this service was not needed. This advertising is unethical and will likely target vulnerable people. Finally beware of the prices quoted for jobs that don’t need doing, although the flyer and quote look professional this is a boarderline scam.

Firstly the Salesman and the roof spay applicator team were top notch, person replying to my request replied in timely manner. That is the only praise I will give. My dog was poisoned by the spray used on the roof, our 20+ yr old lemon tree next to the house is rapidly loosing it's leaves. I was told my request will be passed onto upper management. I asked for a data safety sheet of the chemicals used in the spray. Still waiting, our 6 chickens are now down to 1 egg a day. (I'm not sure that any over spay got them) But we definitely have plants close to the house dying. Had I known that the veggie plants and lemon tree was going to be poisoned, I would not have engaged their services

We had a great response from Tim in the regional office and Phil the roofing lead in from the Christchurch. Both were very professional responding to a couple of problems we had. Nice job!

E&H looked after my otago glazed tile roof and the 50yrs old house bricks over the 22 yrs I lived in north timaru. Brilliant service took the worry away knowing it was all in excellant hands.

Have always used your service but your provider that rang me was not helpful ask for 3 months to pay as I have been with you company for along time he became very sharp, also had my roof done earlier then set date so I was told that I could in 3 months kept get overdue invoices rang twice said they would fix it. Not happy
