Number One Shoes

Omg was at no1 shoe shopYesterday Westgate 4:00 , three shop workers talking at far end of shop no one at the counter picked out a boot on the shelf yelled out for attendant for assistance she give me a filthy look asked politely for boot in my size due to not being able to clearly read label or locate boot she grab the boot in my hand out it back on the shelf shoved the box at me then said seats over there and walked off. I decide I wanted the boot waited for some one to go to counter made my purchase walked out side approximately eight other customers in shop one attendant on counter only to see the two remaining attendants smoking at the side of shop omg is this the reflection this shoe company wants to project.. wow no world Customer service here.

Their customer service is terrible. Been here on 2 separate occasions and both times the staff kept chatting away amongst themselves. I had to find own sizes, rummage through the boxes and even when I was leaving, not a single acknowledgement. Don't think the staff actually want to be there

First time attending this store today , Staff wasn’t approachable or helpful, ask a staff member if they had a certain type of shoe in stock That were on sale showed a photo didn’t even look at it properly and said they don’t sell clearance shoes even though the whole store had a huge sale . She walked off and carried on dusting the shelves didn’t even bother to help look, ended up finding the shoes myself although there were four staff members working didn’t ask if we needed assistance.

Don't buy it. Tried 3 times, all the shoes you can wear 2-3 monts, than a hole in the heel. Sole is made from very soft rubber, to push you buy new shoes every 2-3 months.

Usually cheaper than other footware shops, but doesn't have most well-known brands. Some of their shoes use stiff leather so can be a bit uncomfortable. Have plenty of sandals/jandals too.

Numbers one shoes are really good with prices. I brought two pairs of shoes for my partner. There service also good. They take care there customer nicely.

Had a great experience here earlier in the week. The guy who helped me had lucious blonde hair and we actually shared the name Liam! He was kind and helped me with all my needs. Will come back again!
