ASB has terrible customer service, can not even get a human to talk to over the phone. Would not recommend.

Hate this bank with a passion!!! Slow slow slow slow slow a sloth walks faster than this bank processors 1 customer. Why all men!!!!!! Where’s the women in this bank. Slowest most frustrating service I’ve ever experienced at any bank.5 customers in line. 1 man on the teller!!!! Disgusting service. They also are not very discreet!!!! And will discuss your needs so everyone can hear it. Rude and EMBARASSING. I hate coming to this bank! No parking and you can garauntee you’ll be waiting at least 20 mins before anyone tends to you. No urgency and when banks full no one walks the isle to see if anyone can be helped without going to the teller!!!! Like me!!!!!!!!
