The lady who cleaned my right ear out was wonderful. I was very nervous as I had never experienced this before. She reassured me that it was going to be OK and won't hurt. I would recommend this place.

I came in a while ago and I was not very happy when I left. I saved up my money so I could have my ears looked at, I made my booking, and turned up. The people there were friendly but I also felt like I was rushed out. The service I had was to get my ears checked and cleared out. I kid-you-not I was in the room for a total of 4 minutes and I was still charged the full $60 dollars! 4 minutes?! 100% Waste of money.

Great experience the other day. I took my special needs Son in to check his ears out and staff were kind and patient with him. Very gentle and explained what they were doing before doing it. Very happy with the service. Big thank you :)

After coming to the Ferrymead clinic sereral times a year for several years, I will now be going elsewhere.I was late by 5 minutes today and both the receptionist and technician were very passive aggressive about it, very unprofessional.Would not recommend.

The actual part of the ear check up was good. I thought a little bit rushed by the front desk lady and she wasn't that kind to me. The actual doctor was very nice and could laugh a bit which was nice.

Had a blocked ear that wasn't resolving itself. Called this clinic and they were able to see me less than an hour later. Was all fixed and sorted 20 minutes after getting there. My hearing is now clear and sharp. Great service.

Went in to the clinic today for a clean of my ears as one was getting blocked after swimming. Turns out my ears didn't need professionally cleaned and only a couple of small pieces of ear wax was removed from each ear. Was still charged the full $65 which was a complete waste of money.The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and gave some inset into what many have been the cause.
