On 2 Sept 2022. I had an appointment for a CT guided injection in my spine. I was understandably nervous. But the whole procedure was made very comfortable as from the time I entered the procedure room I was kept totally informed of what was about to happen and had my questions answered in a informative easy way by the radiologist taking the scans for the Doctor. Once again when meeting the Doctor I was once kept informed of what he would do and had each procedure explained as it was being done. A little painful but bearable. On completion I was told what to expect and once again asked if I had any questions. The whole experience was friendly, informative and professional. Thanks to those involved and to those who may be nervous about this in the future - it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.Anna Phillips
