I purchased some Glasshouse products online. Prior to submitting my order, I contacted them by email. I received a helpful and prompt reply so went ahead with my order. My order arrived within a few days (during lockdown) which was excellent service. Also included were some product samples and yummy treats. One of the samples I have tried and will definitely be purchasing that item. I am very impressed at the quick and friendly service I have received from Joanna and Leanne and would recommend this business to others. Their prices are also very good for the items I purchased. This post is not actually about the product purchased as not enough time has passed to evaluate it, but is about the excellent service I received from Leanne at the distribution centre. Latish Friday afternoon I ordered a product which I was hoping to take with me on a week away. After a phone conversation with the Clinic, Leanne contacted me on Monday morning and she was extremely helpful and sent out the product by 10.30 that morning. It was with me by Tuesday early afternoon. That is going the extra mile in my book so a very big thank you to Leanne, Best regards
