Paula is fantastic to deal with. I hosted a Thermomix night with friends and Paula's genuine, honest and friendly style means people immediately warm to her. It's clear she loves what she's selling and backs that up with extensive knowledge and recommendations for what meals and recipes would be ideal for your own personal situation (family, school lunches, dinner parties...everything). She walks the talk and I have several friends who have bought Thermomix from her and feel the same. Couldn't recommend someone more to talk you through this product.
