Auckland Airport Lodge

Kia ora. I booked the Deluxe Family Suite with two adults and two mokopuna for one night which cost $315. I was ok to wear that price because it was advertised as a family suite to cater to myself, my daughter and her two boys before they fly out to Brisbane tomorrow morning. On arrival we could not link to the internet to watch Netflix and we still cannot at 6.30pm, which is highly frustrating. We asked the staff person to assist but she was unable to and informed us that three of the televisions in the lodge were also not working. Not her fault but again extremely frustrating when you have a 12yr old and 4yr old in the room. Furthermore, there is only one pillow per bed with no spare pillows. There are no spare blankets should it be cold for my mokopuna during the night. There's only one towel per person.When promoting a family suite such as this for the price paid, I would expect that the Smart TV would be working better than it is prior to arrival. I would also expect that there would be more pillows, blankets and towels for a whānau of four.I would appreciate better service and display of manaakitanga.

Stayed as a large group which meant shuttle service couldn't accommodate us getting to the airport as a single group and couldn't be booked in advance. Half the group ended up needing to leave at 5am for a 6:30am check-in.No soap or face clothes in the rooms.Tea and coffee but no milo or hot chocolate for the kids.Otherwise quite dated and bathrooms not the cleanest.

Really appreciated the shuttle and car storage, they make a short overseas trip a breeze. Rooms are not the cleanest, or most comfortable. There was some damage in our one.

Worst shuttle service ever, they told me a spot to wait the shuttle and they were in a diferent spot. The driver was very rud, never offered himself to help me with the luggage. The bedroom was dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious and looks okay BUT not clean. Carpet was dirty, bathroom floor has hair and towels weren’t cleaned properly.

Place was absolutely horrible. Room was disgusting with stains on the sheets and bugs in all over the room, staff were extremely rude and non helpful.Refused to give two different rides to the airport for the same room and instead of refusing politely they yelled at the guest… will never be staying here again

We stayed 1 nite and left our car for 8 nites but on return have found they had damaged front of our car while it was parked there for 8 days so if you have a new or nice car it wouldnt trust them not to damage it like my car as you cant safely park your own car as they wont allow you to they park it and bring it out of storage when you get back so theres no where on there website that tells you this so if there was i wouldnt have stayed here as i dont trust others to park or drive my car and for good reason so we left with $300 of repairs to our car which they done but when you check in you have to sign a form saying when you park your car with us we dont except any damages so your own risk i would have no issues with this if i parked my own car but i didnt wasnt allowed so dont trust them to park your car period go to another place where you can park your own nice new car safely i will never come here again and will tell family friends not ti eigher

Excellent place to stay on way out. Clean and all ok. Shuttle both ways no problem. Have stayed twice, will do do again

Easy booking. Great communication. Quick pick up shuttle from airport. We will be shuttled back there in the morning. Shuttle driver lady very courteous and helpful.Surprisingly large room with separate kitchen/ dining and bathroom. Clean and tidy. If you have a vehicle there is at your door parking. 100m walk to Gas Station. Recommend. Close proximity to airports.

Great accom if you want a place close by the airport. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. You can also park your car free for a few days if you stayed at the motel and are going on short trip.
