Car towing guy was extremely nice and courteous. Walked me through a lot and really made me calm. The reason for the low rating is because when I went to the tow yard to collect my items from the car, the woman at reception was incredibly rude and unfriendly, and hovered around me incessantly. I asked a simple question of whether I could take a picture of the other car which hit me which I was unable to get, and she scoffed a no. A simple no or trying to be nice would have gone a long way but very sad and negative experience.

Excellent service from this company. My boarder had an accident so I took to the towing company. He explained everything that was going to happen which really put my boarder at ease. Really nice guy. Happy to deal with this company anytime subsequently 5 stars.

The so called “office lady” makes me wishmy airbags never went off so i wouldn’t have had to deal with her. According to her “I have a horrible attitude that needs to be fixed” all because I asked to get the valuables out of the car. Asking that question was too much for her and she ended up banning me, which I’m quite glad about because it means I don’t have to deal with her again. For your own mental health, avoid this place.

Placed an order for my car to be taken to the garage, gave us a call to confirm time in the morning, picked up and dropped off at the garage no problem. Staff at reception polite although a bit perfunctory. Would use again, though would like the ability to pay by card/online.

called out early hours of morning driver was very helpful. im from out of town and they suggested near by mechanics who were able to get my car going with in an hour of opening. very reasonably priced tow and efficient service

I hit a pothole and destroyed my run flat tyre out near Waitoki. Eddie from North Harbour Towing picked me and the car up and dropped us at the Bridgestone in Helensville. Really helpful, really quick, and outstanding service. Thanks.
