I have ordered an outdoor furniture set, at arrived 2 days later. The delivery personnel were kind enough to 'hide' this behind a side gate (it was a gift) and communicated with me throughout. Thank you for the service, chairs are lovely and comfy.

Brought a Midea vented dryer 7 Kg , Had no problem with ordering it on line and delivery. Very fast in getting it sent out. The tenants are very happy with it.

Their customer service was nice. When I contacted them, they exactly mentioned when I am going to receive the product and i received it on the exact day mentioned. I bought a folding single bed mattress and quality of the product is good at the paid price. Hope to purchase more products from them

Purchased the dog ramp, trained our dog easily to use. Good product that handles the 55kg weight of our dog. Would only add some rubber grip on the back of ramp so it doesn't move as easily on the plastic of our vehicle when in use.Delivered in a timely manner - we're happy.

Bought a bed frame 3 months ago and the structure of the frame is totally unstable. It’s fall in pieces when I was sleeping! my back and shoulder gets hurt. Tried to get in touch with them through email, but the staff blamed me for not contacting him in time and refused to returning. Bad shopping experience ever. Won’t go shopping here again.

We bought three Sofas for our Charity from them. I haven't had them for long enough to provide a full review but they seem to be good quality and they were very reasonably priced. Delivery guy was pretty good and friendly and on time. Although, it would be helpful if there was a better communication and tracking when it comes to delivery.

I purchased a very expensive electric scooter from TSB Living.It started to lose power within a month and then broke fell apart within 2 months. TSB Living have told me that at my own cost I have to send it to their depot to get repaired. This was never explicitly stated on their terms and I am appalled that they can sell faulty products and not even pay for the courier cost of getting them to their depot. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase from them again. Be warned!

ordered a king single bed frame for my teenage son. arrived way sooner than i thought and is great quality. super happy with my purchase after buying a few other bedframes from more expensive places like harvey norman only to have them break within 8 months. will be buying from TSB again.
