Without a doubt one of the worst companies in the New Zealand security industry. From getting a car stuck on a beach to an outright disregard for basic road rules with their courier vans. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Armourguard Queenstown staff member Holly Barrow was the rudest, most unreasonable and extremely dishonest person I have encountered. I highly recommend that you use a different company as Armourguard did not care when this was discussed with them and had no intention of resolving the issue.

Worst staff hired by Armourguard for Manukau bus Station. In simple words they are useless. Don’t know how to talk with the Passengers drivers and other work mates. useless services. Not sure why Auckland Transport hired or used that useless services for this place. Suggestion for AT is go for the other services provider

Very bad exprience with pacificker security staff which is deployed on manukau bus station. They have no skills regarding behaviour and customer service ,looks uneducated, always dreaming about smoking during duty, thats why their minds has totally blocked with the dust of smoke. Brainless people......

Not necessarily a review for the company, but one bloke.Hats off to the young fella watching over Countdown Takanini late last night (26/1/23). Kid must've been no older than 16/17 and not the biggest guy but called out some 6 foot 6 bloke for not paying for his beer.Didn't get any sass back. Charged the situation. Kid must have balls down to his knees.

If you are going to charge customers $40 and only accepting cash, then you as a company should provide change. You are acting unprofessionally and not in good faith by ripping people off having forced to pay more than what’s posted. You take advantage of people’s circumstance just to make more money. That is greed! You may get away with this now, but your greeeiness will bite you back

Worst staff hired by that companySpecially the Tongan security Gaurd who mainly work in nightsDon’t know how to behave.It seems typical racist fellow who don’t know how to talk with the people of different culture .Talking in his own language and too loud while on duty always listen loud music while on duty. Not a helpful person or my opinion is not suitable person for this job
