They are consistently thorough, professional and communicate clearly in terms of costs and expectations. I've never been able to fault their service and their value for money is remarkable. My 2002 Triton was shifting hard from 2nd to 3rd. Craig quickly diagnosed the car and fixed the issue for me at a reasonable price and explained the issue and fix to me for future refefence. Would reccomend!

Craig was excellent, he was really helpful and went the extra mile to get tires the same day for me. He was really kind with the final bill, and overall did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t recommend using Eastern Bays Auto. They use the WoF check to generate work. For example, they failed Tyre Pressure on fairly new tyres when the tyre sensor was misreading. I had to ask them to check the actual tyre pressure, which of course was fine. They also mis assessed brake pads. Another mechanic confirmed pad levels were fine for WoF.

Craig and his team are great. Trustworthy and genuine in their advice and solutions. Willing and able to help a non-car person understand what’s needed and give different options. Have had a few cars serviced here and have no hesitation in recommending.
