Came here during level 3 for some foam to recover my dining chairs. Was less than $70 for 4 chairs worth of beautiful foam and they cut it to shape for me too! Really fabulous service, I had no idea what I needed and they really talked me through it. The result was amazing, it's like a whole new dining set!

Nice and friendly staff. Good general parking. No access nor parking for disable people though. Atleast you could get to it. Some of the other branches didn't even have parking.

The two boys in the store are useless and cant measure and cant cut wet carpet straight. The two boys are running the shop and not sure If they can even do basic mathematics correct. The boys have wasted my $560 wet mat and now I am working with management to sort this out if Not I need to take this forward with consumer guarantee act. These boys wasted more than 2 hours of my time to cut the carpet of size 2 * 3 mts and wasted store owners 3 mts of mat to get anything correct without any success. For wet carpets etc. its better deal with correct company who has experience and do the things right first time.

Really pi$$ed.20 May struggled to find a park near, was raining hard..get to door at a bit after 2.30pm..CLOSED!!Website & front door stated 3pm close on Saturdays.So left wet and fuming to NEVER return again.

Spent a while in here looking for options to cover the floor in the garage to convert to a home gym. Plenty of options were presented with pro's and cons. Range of pricing also discussed when discussing options fit for purpose. The staff member who served me was interested in helping come up with a solution. Easy access and parking, I went in early Saturday morning.

Found the staff at Para Rubber Petone really helpful, made me aware of alternate options that in the end turned out to be a better solution for what I was wanting to do.Especially liked how some of the younger staff were buddied with the mature staff members.
