Can't say enough positive things about Iron and Ivy. True talent. Lauren is a master with colour. My hair is very dark brown and down to my waist. I started lightening it with her, slowly at first as I was nervous about bleach damage. It's now a beautiful bright bronde" and I couldn't be happier! I honestly did not think she'd be able to get it that light without serious damage or breakage

Started going to iron and Ivy a few months ago and I absolutely love it! Not normally one for reviews but they helped me drastically fix my very neglected hair, pick a colour that suited me and a style that is low maintenance and works with my lifestyle. Every time I go in there everyone is so nice and I’m welcomed like an old friend. Highly recommend ❤️

They were gentle, understanding on what I wanted and delivered. The service is amazing. They offer, coffee and tea and water upon request. Definitely will be going back. I’m stoked with my new hair! Booked a consultation with Lauren after I read about another reviewer who converted to a short style after having long hair for years, which was exactly what I wanted to do but never had the courage to.Lauren’s confidence that I could carry off the look and her assurance was the turning point in my hesitation and she also gave me the choice to decide. She was professional and honest in telling me what to expect for the outcome (besides the length, I was going to lose the faded brown colour in my long locks so it would look a lot darker). She gave me a real picture so I could decide for myself if I wanted to take that leap; I had complete volition over my decision and there was no pressure whatsoever. After the haircut she also taught me to style my hair, it’s super easy with no fuss. I’m very low maintenance and so this works for me!I’m so glad I went ahead, I’m loving my short hair, it looks so much less tired than long hair. Friends and customers are telling me I look younger. And the studio markets their specialisation in blonde hair, but I’m Asian and therefore evidence that they can totally work with dark hair too (: Thanks Lauren! And the incredible team with fantastic hospitality - I had different people ask me if I wanted a hot drink at different points, everyone smiled and made eye contact. Loved the experience

After trying to get my hair exactly how I want it for the last couple of years at different salons, Iron and Ivy have finally done it! The knowledge that everyone who works here has about how to get your hair in good condition and to look exactly how you want it is amazing and your made to feel so welcome from the moment you walk in the door. A team that works together with high standards not only in hair matter but also in customer service.So I messed up with my hair pretty badly, and after a couple of consultations in different saloons, I chose Iron&Ivy. Why? It is pretty clear this team take what they do very serious.On my consultation, they took some samples to check color reactions as I needed a color correction in a pretty damage orange hair. They took the time to explain and advised me about the current state of my hair and the possible outcomes.After a treatment to recover the hair they come up with a plan (based on the sample reactions) to correct my hair color considering my goals.We went through the process with Zay, that OMG, she put so much into it. Detail, focus, and passion plus excellent customer service.I am so grateful. It's the first time I go to a saloon and I feel so take care of. All the team is constantly offering coffee, tea, water, or just checking on you. After long hours in the saloon, the team were like if they had just started working, super kind and patience. The environment just feels right.My compliments to the owners as you are leading the place to the best experience customers can have.Another happy customer.
