Very friendly and helpful. Our daughter adopted a puppy from here and even 3 weeks later, they were available to help with questions about her puppy.

Picked up Our new companion Charly.He is such a charming gentleman, and very affectionate.The Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Was a very pleasent experience, for Us and said Feline.

Took a load of cats in...staff came out to help. One lovely gal cleaned out the travel case for me. Didnt have to have the smell on my return journey...most appreciated

Love the kittens we have adopted, but have been quite disappointed some miscommunicated details from SPCA.Upon adoption we were provided with a piece of paper of everything the kittens were up to date with, and told that all vet-costs are covered by the spca for up to two weeks after adoption.Have had our kittens for a week and one is due for a vaccination. SPCA let us book in for this and said yes they will do this and cover this cost - then proceeded to call back and cancel this and told us they won’t cover this after originally telling us this would be covered as a first 2 weeks cost, and that we had to find our own vet for this.We are happy to pay for any costs our kittens require as most people are, but quite disappointed with the poor communication about this.

Just picked up my beautiful new fur baby. Such an easy process, staff helping me every step of the way. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Cant reccomend these guys enough!

I begged them to go and investigate the person who had stolen our very elderly very fragile mama kitty and they did nothing!What a frikn joke!!THEY DID HAVE HER AND U DID NOTHING! U FAILED A VERY ELDERLY VERY FRAGILE CAT WHO NEEDED HER FAMILY AND WAS UNDER CONTINUIOUS VETERINARY CARE!!We knew they had her and u did nothing!URGENT ANIMAL WELFARE !! VERY SICK VERY FRAIL ! U FKN DID NOTHING!! WHAT A JOKE.!!DONT HAND ME THE WE CANT DO ANYTHING BULL!! THATS BULL!! .

Very friendly helpful staff. We adopted a handsome lil tabby kitten and he's become best friends with our Jack Russell.

I took in a lost bird recently and was pleasantly suprised with the process. If you find someones lost pet, dont be afraid to give these guys a call and start the process of finding an owner!
