Nearly 90 mins later , ordered arrives , cold , no rice but charged. Last time no sauces with samosa , seriously give this place a miss !!!! Expensive , atrocious customer service and bland food. This place deserves to go out of business.AND to the owner, I called after the delivery , was given an apology and that was it. No rice, nothing….this is the third time we have had items missing. And you now have the audacity to charge $4 for a portion of rice and have reduced the sizes of your portions. All good , we are looking elsewhere.

Normally I love ordering from here & hate complaining but had a really bad experience last time - the butter chicken tasted only of tomato, like they’d just used pasta sauce and put chicken in it… Called up and the lady was very lovely and apologetic but doesn’t really change the fact that we felt like we’d wasted our money. We didn’t even want to keep eating it…

Great service from the staff and delicious food. Highly recommend the sweet n sour cauliflower, what a treat! Briyani is top notch too. Plenty of vegetarian options here.

I ordered online and I was called before my order was ready to be told that my order was ready almost 20 minutes earlier than the text message told me.I turned up and they had a special event going on, I waited and was ignored by the staff so I walked out without my order.Will not return.

Here on holiday. Had takeaway and was fantastic fast service and superb curry. Asked for medium and was perfect temperature. Had 2 curries and rice and was enough for 2 meals for my husband and 1. Highly recommend

I ordered a butter chicken after reading all the many positive reviews, but had a mixed experience. The chicken was great, but the curry was watery, as others mentioned. It seems to be the exception, but it did happen to me as well. I’ll consider giving it another try.--- UPDATED ---I gave it another shot and mentioned my previous experience. The curry was actually better :)

Been ordering delivery and eating instore for a long time and haven't really had any issues but, last night, when having a farewell dinner to my mom in law who is flying back to SA, it was disappointing. Was told the wine we wanted wasn't in stocks but , after I got up and went to look, I found a bottle. Then, no rice delivered with food. Got up to query and then told they will bring rice. Mango chicken was very disappointing. Didn't even taste like a curry. I ordered lamb Tikka masala and was given chicken. Just didn't have time to complain and wait for resolution. Restaurant was empty so busy isn't an excuse.Not sure what is going on but hope they sort out before people start taking business elsewhere.

Food is good most times, sometimes it isnt. Bad business decision to charge for rice separately now. Come on guys, its rice. Kohinoor Albany has you beat on price and quality.
