I took my van in to have the leaks fixed and initially asked for the seals to be done around the top of the campervan. They were the professionals and so after giving it a further look they decided to refit a window. When the rain came the Kea Dreamtime leaked worse than before. After insisting the seals be done around the top of the van they expected me to pay for a second effort. The workmanship was extremely poor and worse than amateurish. I will be getting more advice. The outcome is still unacceptable for me.

We had a new 3 way fridge freezer installed. With gas connected by gas man. All the work was done professional and there was good communication all throughout the procedure.We are happy with our experience. Would recommend this company.

Despite being S/C certifiers, Alliance RV gave us the certification after installing a flat pack kit set into a small van charged at 26hrs. We were disappointed to find that the water container leaked all of 24L just a few days after install. Alliance RV raised the kit and dried the floor". The workshop manager was not very helpful and tried to pin the responsibility on us. We continued to use a dehumidifier for 2 weeks

Helped us with some panel work.Fantastic outcome.Highly recommend and would use them again.But be aware of wait time. They are very busy which I guess reflects the quality of work.

Alliance RV are absolutely fantastic!Our Jayco caravan had several issues, Alliance RV went the extra mile to try and help us sort these out. Friendly, professional staff that take the time to clearly explain everything. The repairs they did were very thorough, we are so pleased with the end result - it looks like a new caravan. I would highly recommend Alliance RV.

Really awesome team here at Alliance RV, went to see them today with a problem with my fridge in my camper, as soon as I arrived one of the guys named Fritz came straight out to have a look and help me out. Drove the van into the workshop had one of the technicians look at it and within 10mins let me know what was wrong and what needed fixing.Really appreciate the help had a look at no cost which was awesome will definitely return and recommend to anyone thank you very much guys.

Very professional to deal with. Took motorhome in for a warranty diagnosis. Workshop manager kept us informed while we waited. An agreement reached with third party to have faulty unit replaced and we left really pleased with Alliance RV. Highly recommended.
