Short blonde Eastern block European sales lady didn't know her product. She discriminated both husband & self refusing to sell mattress as according to her there was an over 80kg weight issue! Went to Manukau branch was informed she gave incorrect information as weight load was 150kg each side of bed (& no we are not that overweight). DO NOT BUY FROM BOTANY STORE!!!

Amazing service from a guy named Ben. He gave me a good price for 2 memory foam pillows, a white bed sheet.My wife was so happy as well as my 2 daughters all thanks to Ben.This guy needs a pay rise. Can't wait to go back to see Ben for more good stuff soon !!!5 stars for me !!!!

Wouldn’t recommend them at all bought a bed it’s so hard and uncomfortably we were told we can try it out for 3 months and 2 weeks we called they didn’t do what they state when we bought it

Came here and didn't have any customer service. All sales assistant were checking out couple. Nobody even paid attention while we entered. Even there're only two of retail assistant in store somebody could pay attention to customers.
