IT Confidence with Ross at the helm is the perfect solution for small to medium size business. They have the personal touch (i.e. you talk to a knowledgeable real person) and don't go down rabbit holes trying to explain in an email what the problem is. They really take the pain out of support, and second think the issues/obstructions faced by today's hardware and particularly online complex environment. Recommend to anyone and everyone.
