the room was clean and modern. shower is great and spacious. full range of tv channels. some minor touches missing like soap in the bathroom and the tea/coffee was very average. main issue is location. while conveniently near the motorway its a major intersection and has a lot of traffic noise. not for the light sleeper. a fine option if you were coming to Christchurch for a one nighter.

During the past four years, we have stayed here many times and always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, the parking is easy, and there are many eating and shopping options nearby. This is the best motel I have ever stayed at in Christchurch!

Although staff was very accommodating in giving us a different room as there was some suspicious stuff happening next door I felt very uncomfortable. The neighbourhood is full of homeless people roaming the streets asking for money or making people feel uncomfortable.

Not bad really but being honest I can't pick any holes at all. We asked for a room upstairs and it while it was small it was perfect! The bathroom was excellent and powerful pressure with great heat as well. The bed was absolutely massive and comfy.Nice and close to restaurants and shopping and you are comfortably close to the city.Excellent all round.

I travel a lot because of my work. Worst experience ever...... Can someone please teach the receptionist some basic manners. We are paying for the service, not your salves...will never recommend....

Best motel we have stayed at. Reasonably priced, excellent location close to many shops and restaurants, very comfortable room with thoughtful touches such as a non-slip mat for the shower. But the best part was the friendly, helpful staff. We did the Tranzalpine trip and were taken to and collected from the station, returning to a warm, cosy room. Thank you Virginia.
