Our son saved up for an hooverboard that only after a few weeks use went up in smoke due to electrical faults. Now Hooverboard NZ are not retuning our calls or emails. Absolutely appalling service and no care whatsoever.

I bought an Segway ninebot max G30, and the tyre was flatten for just a week ride.When I took it back their crew said need one day for inspection. And they found their is the defect and can’t fix it cuz they found the stem is leaking air and they can’t fix it and it wasn’t on warranty! He asked me bring it to PB TECH for fixing…from my guts I don’t think it’s a proper solution. I just found another e scooter repair shop with parts to fix it.It seems they have poor after sales service (they don’t even repair the defect product themselves!). I would not recommend this place to anyone I know…I’m really sad for this because I save every bucks to get my e scooter. When I purchased it the crew doesn’t tell me anything like have to maintain tyre pressure as well. I think they are just some young guy working in a warehouse but not even have knowledge about the e scooter through.I suspect any crew and owner from the office is just not offer good service at all. Don’t waste your time so call they said they sell the cheapest e scooter in Auckland, but it don’t worth any penny if you will get a product without quality control and after sales services…If this issue exist before I got the e scooter, I think I will just skip it and go for other reliable vendor.

Great business. Open 7 days a week. I bought the TNT V6 scooter less than a year ago. I was able to test ride it and they answered all my questions.Buying from this company.Pros:- A physical place you can rely on to return to if your scooter requires repairs- Scooter has 1 year warranty on it- Professional service and they are courteous. Both from behind the desk and the technician.- They answer their phone and return your calls.Cons:- Minor. Limited parking space 6-8 but can park off site.I would highly recommend due to their customer service, quality scooters / bikes (you get what you pay for) at a competitive price.Thank you Kiwi Hoverboard

WARNING! these guys are absolutely horrible with their after purchase service.My scooter broke down abruptly and I had to arrange a pick up as it was under warranty.They got back saying it was water damage.I paid 340 to get it fixed and returned.Two days after I got it, it broke down AGAIN. I was in the middle of no where and at night, it was a task to arrange a ride.I got back to them regarding the same, and they have been ignoring my mails.I am contacting citizen advise bureau and will have to try some legal ways.The scooter is still under warranty and should supposedly fixed". It costed me 1500."

We purchased a large rug and couldn't be happier with the quality. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and cheerful. Definitely going back to purchase another one for the lounge, curtains once we have measurements, and my husband is keen to look at the scooters. 5 stars all around

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought an e-scooter in November 2022. After 3 rides, the motor died. Returned it and it was going to take months to fix. Never heard back. I contacted them and asked if I could upgrade. Finally got a new model. A few weeks later, the tire went flat. Took it back and they said they’d call me. Didn’t hear back. Finally picked it up and they charged me $70 to fix it. HORRIBLE customer service and dodgy products.

*WARNING DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS *Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars!!The TNE V6 Quattro was top of their range at $2590. So I purchased from these guys. When I received in a new box, the product had a few scratches ( so, not so new) should have read the signs. After 6 months I had returned it twice as it was stopping all the time and breaking down. I was offered 6 month warranty extension, which I refused as I wanted a full refund. Under the consumer’s act I was entitled to it, however, Micheal Huang dragged it out an extra Month and I finally accepted a discounted refund. However, his unprofessional manner and unwillingness to listen to their customers is disgusting, they need the commerce commission to audit these guys as they are ripping people off everyday. Their products are inferior and cheap and the staff are drones of Michael who has clearly given them scripts to adhere to.***** BUYER BEWARE*****
