Good for acrylics, though. new nail lady says hard to remove. They do often seem rushed.

Went in expecting good service, wow was I wrong. Firstly, I booked at 11:30, and had to wait until 12:15 for them to start. Secondly, I had one lady start on my nails, and the 10 minutes after she started she left and I had to wait for another 20 minutes just sitting there. Once I got my second lady, I once again was left sitting there for 20 minutes wondering if I will ever get my nails finished, and then a different lady again finished my nails off. I paid $70 for some cheaply done nails, will never come again.

Didn't mind the wait, understand due to only having 1 worker, but absolutely dirty.Went in for a pedicure the spa wasn't clean she rinsed it out in front of me no disinfectant at all water was cold, the cuetip cutter thing she grabbed from the trolley it wasn't even a clean one, I asked for everything to be cleaned. Very lovely lady but the hygiene of this place needs the biggest upgrade

Would not come back here.I came in wanting a set of Acrylic Nails with Gel. The owner did my nails but it was very rushed as she had somewhere to be and the same that I wanted was rounded but she made them square. The nails are not the same length at all and the gel is really thick. $72 not well spent, very sad with the result, wish I could get my money back….

The foot spa was so good. My pedicure was a lovely colour. Sadly I felt uncomfortable being there as both ladies were busy & rushed. They need more Staff or book less appointments

Do not go here!!!This was a very uncomfortable experience and I left feeling gutted with the way my acrylic nails turned out. The boss was very rude and bossy towards me and the other staff. The table was filthy with nail clippings and nail polish from a previous client. The technician looked like she really did not want to be there and rushed my whole nail process. She used KIDS NAIL GLUE that looked cheap and she was very rough while filing. She sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked her to fix the shape and polish that had hairs and bubbles in it, and simply just painted over them which looked terrible. I ended up buying a file and shaping them properly myself. I understand everyone has bad days but there is a level of professionalism that needs to be followed and this place was very unhygienic and the staff were very rude. Would not recommend!! (Timaru)
