This morning at 10am I lost my 2yr old Staffy passed away due to complications. What was upsetting was I made contact with the Vet on Monday morning for assistance but was rejected. I also had ask the Vet if I could bring him for a check up, it had seem he had something stuck in his throat and was choking at times. I explained to them that my dog is a current patient with them and had other surgery done with them in the past. I was asking if they could help me and I will pay them by this Thursday when I get paid. I was declined so the result was I paid the ultimate price and lost my dog. I even reached out to the SPCA for assistance was declined. A word of advice for the Vet please help those who need it at times of desperation to save there love ones because my dog was family too.

My dog is everything to me and I always want the best for him so recently a bit of an altercation occurred and my dog got injured luckily I found this vet and they got swelling down and although I I'm so grateful vets are expensive this vet was the most reasonable

I have always found the staff to be more than helpful, very professional and their prices are very good. I am very happy with their services and they were especially compassionate when I had to have our cat put to sleep due to illness that we couldn't cure.P.S. Fantastic care given to my beloved dog. This animal hospital went above and beyond, staying open late, so my dog could be put to rest. They even lit the candle of compassion, and we were the last clients of the night. Cannot thank them enough.Thank you again.

Convenient location on Great North Road, friendly staff, prompt service and parking on-site available and cleanliness and pleasant presentations in and out of the premises.

I would like to thank Vet Mariam and the team for wonderful support and care they gave to my lovely rabbit Snowflake who went over the rainbow on Friday last Week. I really appreciate the hard work done trying to help recover her and the love and dedication during that difficult 2 days. Strongly reccomend this Vet Clinic . Like all vets at the moment they tell you what you want to hear our dog is still in pain when an x-ray would have been the way to go instead of pills not saying there a bad vet but for people who love there pets they use calming words and subtle manipulation to say what you want to hear while doing minimal work to help the pet.
