Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes...in a drive thru that's supposed to be fast food! Chicken nuggets were over cooked, fries were cold, order was wrong and the service was atrocious because there was none. Never again and not too sure how this place is still open. Also, it was $19 dollars for a coke, chicken nuggets and chips?

Always great food, bathrooms are locked and you need a code from the front which is pretty strange for the area. Not very nice bathrooms either. The diner theme is a bit dated but still more than nice enough to eat in.

Lots of parking outside and lots of seating inside. First time having Wendy's in a very long time and the staff member was super helpful, especially with sizes of combos.Burgers were perfect sizes and not greasy. Flavourful and satisfying. Tried the chili, which is delicious.An enjoyable experience.

This place is an absolute joke. We got serious food poisoning from here and the manager wouldn't even discuss our food safety / preparation concerns when we were well enough to return to the store. We witnessed serious hygiene concerns when our order was being prepared (no gloves being worn, staff wiping their nose and not washing their hands). For the price we paid to feed our family, we could have eaten somewhere with better hygiene and taste! Please avoid!

I'm not sure how Wendy's survives as a viable business given how lacking it always seems in customers.The food was great.Staff lacked enthusiasm in the workplace. However I don't blame them.

I took my 2 young daughters here a week ago for dinner, the fish stank on the fish burger, inedible. The bacon was raw on 2 of our chicken bacon burgers. Best thing were the fries and even they were served almost cold. We won't be bqck

One star is far too much. Ordered 3 meals. Waited 38 minutes for 2 to be delivered. The burgers and the fries were both stone cold. Didn't bother waiting for the 3rd meal before getting a refund.At least the staff are having fun there. Continued loud laughter and joking while we waited.Won't ever visit this Wendy's again!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I used to be a regular customer here but not any more.While taking the kids for a treat, we had the worst, most surreal experience here and wasted most of our day.First they got the order wrong on a drive through order, which we only found out when we got home. So we drove back so they could fix their mistake.Secondly, they refused to fix it stating a) they could not be sure whos mistake it was and b) we need to bring all of the items back. We then went back home, then returned yet again.Thirdly, they refused to resolve the issue yet again. By this time the food was stone cold so we asked for a refund. They took all of the food back, but did not give any money back. This is more than bad service. It is a breach of the consumer guarantees act!Fourthly, they actually called the police! For simply and calmly asking for a refund. Needless to say the police would not dntertain their bizarre complaint.I refuse to put my family and I through a surreal experience like that again so now take the family to BK and Mcdonalds instead. Thankfully the service is amazing there in comparison!I complained to head office about a week ago but have not had any reply whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Food is great as usual, no issues waiting in the drive through, only 4 stars for service as over the voice box in the drive through, they could have a bit more happiness to their voice.
