For your Ramen Fix, I recommend hard-cooked noodles if you eat slow. You'll get that al dente texture for that and won't get soggy at the bottom of the bowl. Try their Salmon sushi platter, too! Highly recommended. The staff were accomodating and friendly.

Took a while to be seated. Door sign says they still have staff shortage. But once seated orders came fast. Food was good.

Overall good was okay, not so exciting that I will return. Came a while back on a cold raining day so not busy. Seated right away.I was really excited about the grilled unagi but was beyond disappointed. My rice was cold, small portion and wonder about the purpose of the dried mushroom. Their ramen is not to my personal liking. The karage chicken and octopus popcorn batter was on the salty side for me.

Been here twice now and both times were excellent. Ramen is beautifully done. Service is great. If there is a surcharge the waiter/waitress informs you verbally when you take a seat. Highly recommended!

First time trying this branch. Quite spacious and clean restaurant. Service is great also. Had the akamaru ramen and the broth was very creamy and flavoured just right. We also had the chicken karaage but it wasn't at all deep fried like what I thought it was going to be. It was more like a grill chicken tenders, it tasted good but not the proper karaage that I know. However the food taste very good overall.

So glad there’s a second Ippudo in NZ, still as perfect as how I know it, authentic Hakata style Tonkotsu broth with my favorite thin noodle done to perfectly al dente, so satisfying. We also need one down in Christchurch plz.

Worst services. They served my partner his curry and I had to wait more than half an hour for more dish. If it would take that long, why didn’t the staffs let me know in advance? They didn’t even bother checking our table till I waited for too long and called them myself. The staff said my food was coming soon but still have to wait for another 10mins? They even served the wrong food TWICE??? Not even an apology. Don’t ever come here again. I’m so disappointed about this.

Clean and appealing decor, very similar design to others I've visited overseas in Tokyo and Sydney. Food came out quickly, but it wasn't busy on a Friday night surprisingly. The kids menu is a average for $12. The Ramen was authentic tasting, but a bit too salty for me. Portions are not the biggest

My friend suggested we go here after our shopping spree for lunch. I had never been here or if I'm honest ever heard of this franchise. Interior is typical of a franchise. Service was average. I ordered the gyoza and fried chicken bao and while there wasn't anything bad about the dishes (apart from portion size) I just didn't get the warm feeling I look for when I eat out. It felt like a place that's really about turnover though so very unlikely that I'd go back. I was told that the iced tea was sweet but what I got had no sweetness at all so I wasn't able to enjoy this. Prices were fine (except for the iced tea price) and location is great. The one bill per table" policy is quite off putting and a major negative."
