The Owners of the B&B Dawn and Stephen were the friendliest most hospitable people that i have met. The house itself was spotlessly clean. The pool and the spa was awesome,so was the games room and Tennis court. The views were unbelievably spectacular. The food and condiments were also great. The whole family is so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend their B&B to anyone..

When open the views and map and compass is awesome to look and reference to that you can view from the top of hill. It's awesome!Caution as it's a popular hookup sight

There are 3 different parking areas. There are tables and seating with a great views. Then can walk up the platform to get a better view out to Mt Maunganui
