staff are amazing! I always get any mri, xray or ultrasound done at this clinic! the staff make the whole experience so simple and make you feel so comfortable. I went in for an ultrasound and had to drink fluids before I went, when I arrived I was clearly uncomfortable and the staff noticed this straight away and let me go for my ultrasound as soon as I got there, I only had to wait about 2 minutes max. the techs at this clinic are so sweet and have amazing patient etiquette, I always go here I don't go anywhere else as I have literally never had a bad or even mediocre experience here, I tell everyone to go here. I've been to this clinic 10 times in the last 18 months for mri, ultrasound and xrays and I could never hype this clinic up enough!!

I have gone here before but it was for an x-ray on the same injury I still have now. So this time after almost two years later. I still don't know why I was referred to Takanini ARG when I have always gone here for MRI or X-ray or Ultrasound appts.Anyway, when I had my last x-ray here it was in and out. Lady doc was patient with me while my father waited in the waiting room. But I am due for an MRI for my physiotherapist referred me here, finally as it was closest to home.I'm broke and can't afford long trips on buses or trains. It's money spent elsewhere and I have been trying to figure out my financial complications as it is due to COVID-19 pandemic. I shall edit this later when my MRI comes around.

My appointment was @ 8 am. I reached @ 7.55 am. I was waiting & wasn’t even given the dressing gown to wear until 8.35 am or so, again after waiting for around half an hour, I got in to begin my MRI @ 5 past 9 am or so. Felt blindsided as I had a meeting to attend to @ 9.30 and planned my whole day accordingly at work to just get caught off guard by your terrible communication & organisation of appointments. I could have simply come @ 9 am as I printed & filled the form to fill at home itself & would have still been on time (which is 1 hour from my appointment time). If you had atleast informed prior to appointment, saying that there is a long wait rather than a long process, could have organised myself accordingly & wouldn’t have had a problem.

Warm,welcoming, patient and informative A+++ Team. Dr Richard Gee, sonographer Christine and the lovely receptionist all made my experience very comfortable as they gently guided me every step of the way. Thank you for your heart of service. You are truly a valuable asset to SRG!

I visited SRG Manukau on Monday 5th July 2021. I was going to have an Epidural Steroid Injection The receptionist was very helpful, informative and accomdating to my family member as I was unable to drive after my procedure.The nurse made you feel calm and was very thorough with the information regarding the epidural steroid injection.The doctor was polite, friendly and talked through everything as he was doing the procedure. The aftercare nurse was great and gave me the all clear to leave. During my visit I was cared for very well with professionalism. I wasn't just a number on their list, I was a valid person. Thank you to all staff at SRG Manukau.

I was hopelessly late for my appointment due to the Covid 19 lockdown chaos at the Bombay border of Auckland. The staff did everything possible to reschedule my appointment and the reception was outstanding.Just before the procedure Anna took over and I can testify that in my whole life I've never been treated better by a medical person. It is just a pity that I do not know what Anna looks like because she was wearing a mask ☺

A few days ago I had a spinal steroid injection which I wasn't really looking forward to. The staff were brilliant and explained exactly what would happen and the actual procedure was no problem. No pain whatsoever. Everyone there is very caring and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend SRG Manukau.

Went here for first time and was impressed. I like the way you book the procedures and they were right on time. Pleasant waiting room and all the staff welcoming and helpful. Why go to the other place in Manukau City (Horizon) to queue for a long time in tired old premises.

Worst customer service from ultrasound team they don't know how to do their job Been calling them more than 10 times per day checking my referral I got voucher but same as the referral but they don't know the process wasting my time calling my GP more than 10 timed back n forth call them back that Unprofessional staff kept disconnecting my calls bad bad bad service

Had an appointment for 3:15pm slot. Arrived 15 mins early. The receptionist was very welcoming completed the required forms. What followed next was in my view a poor service delivery. How many times would you expect a professional phlebotomist to inject a contrast needle into your arm. At worst I'm thinking 3 times, we'll try 7 times 2 of which was using the ultrasound scan. I did say at the start don't go in by my elbow as I have had many blood tests in the past, these viens are no longer viable. After inserting the needle on the 7th attempt, they took me through to the CT scan ing room Almost over I thought, on the bed requested to raise my arms, feeling confident almost over until I heard a whisper...I think it's this button you need to push OMG I did not feel safe, but I kept thinking soon I will out of here. After the scan feeling relieved they asked me to wait for 20 mins before I leave and someone will tell me when to go. I walked to the reception, everyone had packed up and had gone home. So this was at 4:40pm, after spending over hour, I walked to my car with my friend and waited. Then went home. In conclusion in my view do you have any Safe and Healthy procedures in place and a level of competence in your staff procurement. I'm wondering if you recorded truthfully my experiences. I'm happy to engage with yyouRespectfully a patient.. I I just made the decision to leave and sit in my car. From my
