Shape shifter training is awesome and accommodates any fitness ability from beginner to advanced training. Noelle is a very knowledgeable and considerate trainer with your goals always at the forefront of her training. 1 on 1 training or classes, there's options for everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The environment is very welcoming and facilities are clean and well maintained. If you're looking for training in Hamilton definitely consider Noelle and Shape shifter training.
