Even on Saturday delivery they would not bother to knock on your door. What even is the point for paying extra for a weekend delivery only to have to collect it on a weekday which is physically impossible for some working normals hours. Utter incompetence.

Friendly staff are good about getting parcels. If you've missed your courier delivery, this is a good place to pick it up.It can be a bit tricky to park on site, it's usually best to go through the Bunnings car park.

I believe the Petone couriers have a habit of laziness when it comes to delivery.. Never before have I dealt with the same re-occurring problems with parcel delivery before.The couriers will often sign “ATL” and take the package to their depot, without notifying the recipient. If the package is not collected within a set timeframe then it will be returned to sender, if not immediately as with my last experience.Will be making an effort to use other providers, when both buying and selling in future.

If you missed a parcel delivery and attempt to have it re-delivered according to NZ Post instructions, their online nor their phone redelivery works. It doesn't seem to recognise your tracking number.

Show up after work and find a tiny paper sign stating a change of hours for the next 3 weeks. No way to find this out online and now they're closed for the weekend. Extra annoying where I'm trying to fix a package delivery problem they've caused.

I think it would be easier if the road markings were changed and the angle parking was marked the other way to more easily allow traffic to drive in from Nevis Street to pick up their mail then exit on to the Esplanade, as a lot of the traffic already does this.

For people who are working full time and have missed their parcel, it is impossible for them to pick up their parcel when they need it urgently because they closed at 3:00 pm everyday. They are also not open half day on Saturdays.

I have a standing 'leave at front door'. The post delivery person left a card saying it couldn't be delivered???there were 4 people home and 2 cars in the driveway. The card said to collect the parcel from Te Puni mail center 47 The Esplanade, that's 15 mins drive from the delivery address. I drove around for 20 mins, and walked around the building etc but couldn't find the place. After very careful hunting online, I find the place is actually down Nevis Street. The sign is not visible when driving by, it's behind a tree.And it's only open 8-3pm weekdays!Tried to rearrange delivery online but kept getting a message saying that wasn't possible to do. Emailed NZPO customer service. No reply. And the delivery card says if I don't have the parcel in 10 days, they'll mail it back overseas!!! They'll pay to send it back but not to actually deliver it.This gets a 0 star.

I thought a growth mindset was a requirement for govt employees these days. Wait, no, it's an apathetic mindset that's required.In addition, when you really don't want to pick up a parcel that should have been delivered and has sat around for a month, you get to go to this hard to get to place. Such fun.

Deserves 0 stars. Your couriers have botched my last 3 deliveries and your pick up Center closes well before anyone finishes work. A pisstake of an operation
