W D Price Vehicle Recovery

The person who I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly rude to me that I decided not to go with the business. Hopefully it was just a bad day for her and she’s not spreading that negativity all of the time :/

Terrible terrible service from the start to the finish! To be honest I was so shocked in how I was treated by WD Towing staff, from how they spoke to me, to the logistics of their service. I desperately needed my tools from my crashed vehicle so I could get back into work after our lockdown, and the staff here made it a nightmare, from originally telling me I could pick up my tools until the following week, to then saying they wouldn’t empty the items in my vehicle until I brought them containers to put the items in!! (although we were more than willing to unload it ourselves they couldn’t allow us due to a company policy) finally couple days later, they say they have unloaded the items and we can pick them up. And whilst we are putting the containers of our tools and small work assets into our truck, we find out the containers are full of water, and many of our belongings are drenched. Extremely frustrated by this pathetic service and I strongly suggest you find another place to give your hard earned money.

Customer service is horrible, phone manners are awful. They act like they're superior to customers.

My car was towed from a private service but when I started enquiring about pickup on the night (an on duty lady) advised to pick up next day whilst the service is open 24hours.There were no possible negotiation charge reduction chance given to make towards a nursing AUT student by the service and charged $356.A huge disappointment! :(

I was disgusted in how I was treated today trying to get my car out. When I rang they said a lady would be there from 1pm when I got there after 15 minutes of waiting a lady opened the window and yelled at me telling me that I needed to make an appointment even tho on the phone call they did not specify this and when I called they yelled at me again and told that we would have to agree to disagree. Then I waited another hour for the to bring my car out. Disgusting people. Never go here

Dealt with someone on the phone and another lady in person. They were both being awfully rude considering I was being nice and just trying to collect MY items from MY car after I had a crash. I got some items but not all, if I could 0 star them I would. They gave us a time but I waited ages outside with my mother for my belongings from my car only to get half of what was in there, we had to call and knock and be harassed by her to get the rest and still a year later didn’t get all of my belongings. The lady was so rude and started shouting at me and my mother. You’d think after someone who had just been in an awful crash that they’d be more considerate, but not at all at this place. Absolutely disgusting, I agree with everyone else saying how does she even still have a job?! Don’t use them and I don’t understand why cops/tow companies would even use them too. Stay away from this company if you can!!!!!

Horrible customer service and no professionalism. The ladies over the phone are rude and aggressive. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Literally one of the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service from this lady was horrific. Attitude upon attitude. Steer clear no needs to deal with humans like this. I’d be embarrassed and ashamed if my staff treated others this way. This lady should be fired.

Went with a friend and I am out of words...I can almost swear being an expert in bad service is one of the highly desired skills to work there..I really wanted to give them 5 stars for the worst service I EVER seen in Google..you must be an expert in bad service to be able to keep your rating this low..I recommend you shuting the towing company and opening a fish and chips business...just a suggestion?

Took my car that I needed moved in a difficult location without the key and deposited it precisely onto the kerb on the street. Great service. Thank you so much for coming out and giving us a hand.
