The guy didn't glue my backscreen down, when he was only meant to fix the front screen when I asked he tried to say it was a fault but I gave it to him with only the front screen being a problem, but anyways other then that I guess everything else was alright. Great service and had it done while I done some shopping.

I have cracked my iPhone screen several times so I've been a regular customer of this store :) I've rung around and other places were giving me estimated times for my phone to be fixed in 1-3 days time because lack of part ect. But this place is sooo efficient and were able to complete my phone in as little as 1 hour!! Can't get any more efficient than that! Not to mention their reasonable price, the cheapest one I've found for such a good quality job. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you out! Also they do give you a warranty which always makes you feel reassured your not going to get ripped off. So thanks again for always helping me out!! Happy Happy Customer! Would highly recommend :)

Do not take your device to the Queensgate kiosk for repair under any circumstances.I took my partners functional iphone in for a simple battery replacement.When I returned in 30 minutes to collect the device, the screen was not functioning at all, however the iphone was working underneath.The owner, Harshal Desai, upon questioning why this device was not working, raised his voice and proceeded to say that the condition of the iphone was bad, it was missing a screw, had scratches, and above all a cracked screen, implying these 'faults' were in fact my fault that they were already there.I left and returned back that same day to ask him up front whether he had cracked the screen. Harshal vehemently denied this, even after me phrasing it in three different ways. He told me that he thought as it was an old phone that there were some 'motherboard problems'. I pressed further and told him that I wasn't going to accept that and pay anymore than the cost of a battery. Harsal offered to send it away for 'diagnostics' which were to take three days.Seven days later with no reply, I visit the Queensgate kiosk and his colleague informs me that Harshal lost my job sheet and contact details to allow me the courtesy of a response. His colleague also informed me that Harshal admitted to him that he originally had cracked the screen the first time.Ultimately I did only pay for the cost of the battery. However the disgraceful combination of blatant dishonesty with accusations to my face, the inconvenience of not having an iphone for a week, and without a single apology, has left this company grateful that google imposes a 1 star minimum rating.

Most disgusting customer service I have ever received. After being sold a case from there, went to put it on my phone and realized the case was not the right model that it said on the box, so returned it 5 mins after purchased. The guy was extremely rude and said they don't offer refunds even though the phone case didn't match the model number on the box. He was also stating it was damaged and not re-salable because I had removed sticker off case. Obviously I am going to remove the sticker when putting my phone in it. Most crook place ever. He eventually refunded me after huffing and puffing about it and treating me so poorly. Have some respect for your customers. Will never return

I am so happy with the service I received today my iPhone XR was playing up from a cracked screen an I took it to the awesome guy there and half hour later my phone was crack free and back to working like new and he also offered a screen protector which I probably wouldn’t of even thought off getting good price and they have Afterpay so 10/10 highly recommend
