Wasn't bad but obviously being a small shop it didn't have too much options... some things I thought would be 'necessities' weren't stocked (and no sign of them ever being). Produce looked super fresh though!

Small store but has all needy things. Good stock of fruits and vegetables. Surprised to see how the space can be optimised to have every things required.Hard to find too much difference from other store as almost everything I can think was available. Friendly staff.

Very disappointing. No wet catfood, and limited variations of required products. Only 3 aisles. None of the staff seemed available for product queries. Not your typical Countdown store. Save your money, and buy what you need prior to visiting Paihia.

Not a huge selection as you would find in a bigger store, but handy to have for some things.Though would have been ken to find and buy the countdown lactose free milk. but they don't stock it.

Small store. Still had a good selection.The checkout however was a real mess.Needed help too often and as only one employee were there, we had to wait 5 min for each time we needed help.This was a regular afternoon.Wouldn't accept our cards. Ended up paying in cash.

The supermarket is standard, but the local customers seem very rude and have trouble with generally basics like standing in a queue, and not pushing past etc...

The tiniest countdown supermarket that I've ever been to. The staff members are quite friendly and quite helpful. Have a few dedicated parking spaces, though during holiday times lots of people park in the dedicated spaces despite doing their business somewhere else.
