Chips were great , but was a bit disappointed at the size of the battered meat pattie for the price I paid for it , my local fish and chip shop at home does them 2 - 3 times thicker and a wee bit cheaper , but it was tasty

There was going to be a 30 minute wait and we said we can't they said 15 minutes and that's exactly what it was. Fantastic service and very tasty Chow Mein. 3rd time there and have never been let us down

Best fish and chips ever. I always stop when passing through late afternnon/early evening.Decor leaves a little to be desired...but I don't care. The service is always friendly.

Pros- fast (10 min for two dishes)- fish and chips was nice- fried rice was nice- big portions- owners were friendlyCons- ran out of lemons for the fried fish- tomato sauce +$2.00- tartare +$2.50

Quite shocked at the outragious price for 1 fish and 1 scoop. At $10. Its not even that at rongotea let alone palmy.Read some of the reviews whilst waiting. Most werent good.However? Fish was nice and chips werent too bad.I got them for me and the dog. Who he did like them. And he can be very fussy with some foods.3 stars is mainly for the price.
