After another plumbing company did a no-show at my place last Friday, I phoned East Coast Plumbing and Gas. The friendly and efficient admin staff organised someone for me first-thing Monday morning. Corey showed up bang on time, and quickly fixed two broken taps and a leaky toilet with the minimum of fuss. Much appreciated; would use again.

Thank you Erin of East Coast Plumbing and Gas for responding so quickly to our problem. Our overflow pipe on the roof continued leaking profusely and we had no hot water since Sunday. I tried other plumbers but the earliest I could get was on Thursday. I emailed a job request Monday night and early Tuesday morning I received a call and was sent a plumber just after lunch. Repair completed in no time.I highly recommend East Coast Plumbing and Gas to anyone who finds themselves in need of a good plumber. A+ service.

Sean and the team are always amazing. They get the job done, and they do it right the first time. Plus, they seem to have fun doing it.

These guys charge like a wounded bull. Cost us nearly $700 dollars for them just to install our new oven. Apparently they couldn't follow the instructions from the manufacturer - Bosch - hardly a small appliance company.

We have used East coast a number of times, installing both our hob gas unit and replacing our hot water cylinder x 2 however despite having used them half a dozen times I am absolutely astounded how our most recent exchange has gone.About 20 months ago our taps begun to leak despite being closed, we called up ECPG whom sent out a service person to address, they did manage to make it easier and stopped the leaking for a time, after about 2 months the taps leaked again, because of covid we couldn’t get them in for a few more months, they advised to replace the whole unit. The unit wasn’t standard so they advised us to source our own then call them back once we had a replacement. This took us 4 months again because of covid but also because of the unusual size. We were given a time and date, and my wife took half the day of work to allow for installation. However, the day before hand I check my emails to advise they will not install this tap unit.Very unprofessional method to let me know, especially given all other communication was over the phone (other than a single email exchange)I think this is poor form, and if you didn’t want to do the job in the first place then they should have said so,

East Coast Plumbing and Gas installed central heating in our large difficult-to-heat home a couple of years ago. We continue to be delighted with this wonderful form of heating. With the timer set we come home every evening to a beautifully warm house. It turns off automatically at night then comes on to warm the house in the morning before we get up. Every corner of the house is warm. This is a silent, comfortable form of home heating. The radiators are unobtrusive. Shaun is very knowledgeable about all aspects of central heating and the quantity and location of the radiators is perfect. He and his company continue to give wonderful service whenever routine maintenance is required (which is not very often). I highly recommend central heating – installed by East Coast Plumbing and Gas!
