Very bad cutomer service. Sale person won't tell you whole truth before buying the furniture and later if you will follow up then they will not support the customer. Very rude and harsh and money minded company... not recommended to any one.

We had a great experience and loved the furniture products we decided to buy after visiting many other stores. The staff and their service was exceptional, especially Coco who helped us with recommendations and finally choose the products.Will highly recommended a visit to all who are looking for good quality and reasonable prices to upgrade their home furniture needs.

I purchased a range of items to qualify for a free delivery. I took time to ensure they were all in stock. While my mattresses & other items arrived, I was missing 8 pillow protectors. I called Jory Henley to let them know. It's been 5 weeks since, and I haven't received the pillow protectors nor any communication back about the missing items. Today I asked for a refund and the cost of delivery was added back on to what I was owed for the remaining items.

bought 2 standing desks and very happy with the quality of the desks. Easy to assemble too. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a sit-stand desks. delivery was a little slow but Coco managed to follow it up from their warehouse and got it delivered. Great customer service too

Amazing service from a Lady named Coco. She was so friendly and professional. She helped us find our perfect bed along with some pillows that made huge life changesfor us. She sorted everything from helping us choose the the bed, pillows, assisted us with the payment and organized a swift accommodating delivery.Good quality, good prices great service.

Super spacious place with lots of fancy furniture collections, the products look good quality with decent prices, and the staff are also very helpful. Very excited to find this store, highly recommend it to everyone!

Very poor service. Bought a bed. It has fault and a dent and crack wooden. But I rang customer service. I was advised the gap is reasonable amount. I have 2 other beds as well. They don’t have that much gap in bed and mattress. She offered me $30 back. I didn’t pay for faulty bed. If they can’t resolve when we complaint on same day we received bed then definitely they won’t cover guarantee for 12 months. Complete rip off. If I am calling store, they are telling me to call customer service and if I calling customer service, she is telling me to call sales. And moreover, I was advised by customer service, the bed you bought was last one. So we don’t know, I told her change with some other frame. But still she is not agree. They just want to sell but they don’t want to give service after thatI will never recommend them.
