Clean, comfy and warm bed, great shower with excellent water pressure. Great drinking water. Adequate parking. Only reason not 5 star is soundproofing between units could be a little better. Noisy neighbors keep you up

We arrived at 1pm. Didn't realise you can't book in till 2pm. Rediculous when you are in the middle of nowhere. Parked by reception walked around just to have a quick look where other vans we're parked,when a very obnoxious man started yelling at me to get of the property. I was so startled by his aggressive manner, he wouldn't even let me explain, I told him don't worry I won't be staying now, I'd rather drive on and promptly left. Staying at a very friendly campground at Fox Glacier called Fox Glacier Lodge. Super friendly and they take you for a free glow worm tour at night.

We had a great stay in our queen motel room. Everything was so clean!! Including the bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable stay and sleep. They had everything we needed including the little details. Beautiful property and facilities.

The grumpy receptionist was not very helpful when we checked in and then proceeded to tell us what we could and couldn't do. Also advised that we could not park the van, bikes and cycles anywhere near the 2 units we had booked.Hospitality and service were lacking and were reminded multiple times of the checkout time of 10am even during packing up at 9am.Also saw several Asian guests being barked at for moving of furniture which I found very rude and disrespectful.Customer service offered by the owners is very poor and they should not be running or owning a Customer focused business.Would not recommend staying there at all.

Nice place to stay over night on a west coast adventure!No microwave in the room, bit strange as the room has a sink, toaster, plates etc.Mattress was a bit tired too, lucky in this instance I’m a solo traveler as I slept in the middle, otherwise it would’ve been like sleeping on a hill. Otherwise all good!

I campervanned here on the 24th June 2023. Straight away they took me in without any Hussel and Bussle, no fussing around. Quite, Friendly, Great Amenities and facilities. The game, kitchen shower and toilets look like a hanger style. I recommend people should come and stop over night and see the gorgeous area. Thumbs up from me.

We stayed in the lovely campsite. Great facilities and all very clean. Plenty of room for larger caravans and a different area for campervans all very well set out.Custodians were very helpful when we had an electrical issue. Thank you.

We stay here often on our way north. Always a pleasant place to sleep and thr meals are yummy..

Came in around midday saw the sign that we had to check in at 2. Didn't approach to check in simply parked and was fine waiting . I was then approached by a large angry grumpy elderly female of an individual that started ranting for me to get off the property in a large car park bay with 0 vehicles. During the stay we were bombarded with aggressive behavior anything we did would result in a fine. When we were packing up the lady started shouting at the top of her lungs to our Asian neighbour's simply for moving some furniture around.People like this shouldn't be in the hospitality business and just want to grab your money but not provide a good quality service.

We stayed here in a caravan in Winter . Great spot with amazing views of Mountains . Very friendly staff and very clean and tidy facility's . We well definitely stop ni the next we are on the West Coast .
