West City Suzuki

Preordered/purchased a vehicle from Craig at Suzuki Westgate in 2021, it was registered New Years Eve 2021 even though I wasn't allowed to collect it until the end of January 2022. When it was collected I was then told the wheels I'd purchased with it still weren't ready so had to go back to collect later. I felt like the whole sale it was bad communication, I'd never get updates unless I followed up. Fast forward to now 2023 I was under the assumption I'd purchased a service plan with the vehicle as I'd mentioned I'd wanted one, thought that was what the 5 year warranty covered too as per VOSA but now having to pay $490 at another dealer for my 15,000km service as there never was a service plan. Overall feeling really disappointed in my first brand new vehicle sale - love the car but as a customer feel like it was a letdown.

Bought a brand new Kia Cerato on 2017, very great service, the service department is very good as well, when I am ready to purchase again I will use them.Highly recommend you give them a try for, New and preowned vehicles, service spares.

Amazing service! If you are looking to buy a new car go and see Ravi at West City Suzuki. He was perfect to deal with from the second we got there. No hard sells just great service, encouragement and advice when asked. The sales paperwork was easy, time-frame and pickup was so fast even with COVID level 3 in effect.
