Very highly recommend Jae Services. Their response to my accidental house flood was prompt, the technician was courteous and explained what the process was to dry out flooring and coverings. They are well-organised and desk staff always called to confirm the next visit for what was a lengthy process. Another tech even travelled from PN to check the moisture sensors on a Sunday! They have been a great Company to do business with.

Amazing service from these guys!! Always worked with us and were always so friendly and happy to help. The job they did for us after a plumbing leak was beyond amazing they saved our carpet and walls from damage. Highly recommend them!!

This is the carpet company my Insurance company chose to go with but I would not recommend. From day one there were screw ups with the appt times. The carpet guy himself that was dealing with our job was lovely. I have been given wrong information a few times. I was told my excess was completely paid then I find out today from the insurance company it's not..another screw up.

After an unfortunate case of freakish mutant fleas hitching a ride home and failure of flea bombs to kill them, we got Jae on the job. They got to us that day! They were not only great to deal with on the phone (thanks Ebony!), but also the technician was great as well. Great experience!
